Willingdon Catholic Gymkhana ( WCG) dished out constructive and disciplined performance and went on to register a crushing 3-0 defeat on The Catholic Gymkhana in a one-sided First Division match of the MDFA League 2017-2018 and played at the St. Xavier’s Ground, Parel.
The Willongdon Catholic Gym outfit were well-organised in every department and dominated the proceedings. They opened the scoring through Gleason Rodrigues in the 13th minute and enjoyed a 1-0 lead at the break. In the second period Willingdon continued to call the shots and scored two more goals through Eric Dowling in the 59th minute and 15 minutes later through Innocent Fernandes to complete the big margin of victory.
