It seems that the Super League concept has popularised in the game of Table Tennis. Recently, Star Rising Star Sports Club had organised first edition of Pimpri Chinchwad Table tennis Super League. Six teams, namely Rising Stars, All Rounders,Top Spinners, Smash Masters, Ultimate Blockers & Strikers played league among themselves.
Top Spinners owned by 5 Star Group and represented by Shaunak Shinde, Rohit Pathre & Swapnali Narale emerged winners, when they defeated Smash Masters in the finals. Swapnali Narale was adjudged the Best Player of the Super League. He received his award from Ms. Rashmi Singh Ahad, V.P.( Marketing) Beyond Corporation Pvt.Ltd.
