After successful Performance at China last month for National Team ( Bronze medal), India’s bright prospect at the International level, Swastika Ghosh from Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, gave another superb performance in India’s first Zonal at SONIPAT last week . Swastika bagged the Silver medal in individual Junior Girls event to maintain her number 2 rank in INDIA.
Swastika Ghosh from Navi Mumbai,who bagged Silver in the Jr. Girls event of North Zone Tt Championship, also reached Quarter finals in the Youth Girls event.
In this North Zone championship, Swastika beat Karuna, Moonmun kundu, all 4-0with unstoppable Performance and with her all out attacking style on her way to the final, against Anusha kutumble of MP state.
In the finals, she did maintain her attacking style but lost to Anusha 2-4 in the finals. In Youth Girls Event of this championship, Swastika reached the Quarter finals stage, which is worth appreciating.
