Young Guns SC, Bandra and Somaiya Vidhyavihar SC shared honours as they played a 1-1 draw in a Second Division match of the MDFA (Mumbai District Football Association) League 2016-2017, and played at the St. Xavier’s ground, Parel on Monday evening.
The Bandra outfit against the run of play forged ahead though Tarang Maheswari’s goal in the very third minute. But, the Somaiya outfit kept fighting and managed to find the equaliser scored by Aditya Raichura in the 60th minute.
Results –Div-I: Young Guns SC, Bandra 1 (Tarang Maheswari) drew with Somaiya Vidyavihar SC 1 (Aditya Raichura).
