Lanky schoolgirl Sharvari Parulekar from Udyachal, Vikhroli, won the 100m hurdles for her second girls under-18 gold in the India Masters Athletics’ Five-District open track and field championships held at the University Stadium here today, On the opening day,Sharvari had leapt to 5.23 metres in the long jump event, And today she added the 200m hurdles by winning the event in 20.03secs.

Yash Pawar won the men’s 110metres hurdles (15.34 secs), while Omkar Kachrekar took the boys under-18 100m hurdles gold with a timing of 14.44 secs and Samuel Pinto topped in the boys under-16 100 hurdles in 14.55secs.
