For the Warriors, it was their opener Shaheen Mistry, who stole the limelight by hammering an unbeaten 114 with 14 fours and six sixes as they hit up 197  for two in the allotted 17 overs. Chasing such a huge score, Bandra Busters batsmen just could not  get going and were shot out for 88.

But the tie between Shivaji Par Superstars and Juhu Heroes  proved to be a  a thriller affair. Replying to Superstars score of 159 for seven, Juhu Heroes, thanks to fine 72 runs opening stand between Vipin Chaurasiya (53) and Pratik Patil (42), followed by substantial contributions from their middle order batsmen, they inched closer to victory. They were  153 for four with just eight balls remaining. However,  they could add just five runs and in the process they lost wickets in a heap with three of them being run out to let the Superstars off the hook.
