Sea View SC came up with a good performance to inflict a 3-1 win against Miners SC in a First Division match of the MDFA (Mumbai District Football Association) League – 2014-15, played at the St. Xavier’s ground, Parel on Sunday. Strikers Spencer Johnson, Agnelo Fernandes and Harsheel Somaiya scored a goal each for the winners while Miners SC got the lone goal through Ashish Ramaswamy.
Earlier in a Div-II encounter, Sagar SC riding on Roshan Jadhav’s hat-trick tamed Charkop FC by a comfortable 5-1 margin. Praful Waghela netted the other two goals for Sagar side.
