Arjuna Awardee Kho Kho player from Maharashtra Sarika Kale who was felicitated at the AGM of Maharashtra Kho Kho Association has announced a donation of Rs. 1 Lakh to the Kho Kho Association, for helping the poor deserving Kho Kho Players. Incidentally, Sarika has herself risen from a poor background to prove her best in this sport and be honoured with the prestigious Arjuna Award. Now, there will be a film made on her.

On this occasion, Sarika also stated that she would also donate more money from her film to Maharashtra Kho Kho Assocition. Besides Sarika Kale Khot her Coach Dr. Chandrajeet Jadhav was also felicitated by Chief guest & Maharashtra Dy. Chief Minister Mr. Ajitdada Pawar. The Dy Chief Minister appreciated the fine gesture from Sarika Kale and also felicitated the Girls and Boys team members of Maharashtra and their Coach with an award of Rs. 21,000 each.
