Salcette Sports Club found the target once in each half and romped to a facile 2-0 win against Fr. Agnel Sports Club in Super Division encounter of the MDFA Leagues 2017-2018, played at the Goans Sports Association ground, Cross Maidan on Sunday.
The Salcette outfit created the better chances and striker Mohit Rau opened the scoring in the 39th minute to take his team into the break with a slender 1-0 advantage.
After switching ends the trend was the same, but Salcette had to wait till the 88th minute to double their lead with Sahil Mukane finding the back of the net to seal their victory and to collect all the three points.
