In the other tie, holders MCC (Red), thanks to Sachin Upadhyay’s 70, recorded their third win in five outings, beating MCC (Green) by four wickets.
For a change, batting first, MCC (Green) put up a challenging total of 213 with Tejas Ghodke (58) and Siddesh Jadhav (43) top-scoring for them. Chasing 214 for win, MCC (Red) lost six wickets before they achieved their goal.
Bhosale CA, playing their first tie in the league, could muster only 156 before they were all out. Ankit Yadav(48) and Harshal Jadhav (38) being their principal scorers. Chasing 157. JSF lost six wicket before their achieved the target. Ayaz Khan (42 and 2/25) bagged the man of the match award.
