The Western India Football Association (WIFA) in association with MDFA will be conducting a refresher/training course for qualified Referees having AIFF RIN numbers, at the Cooperage Football Ground, Mumbai,.on Saturday, August 17 and Sunday, August 18, 2019.
Anthony D’Costa, Ex-FIFA Referee and AIFF Referees’ Instructor, has been deputed by AIFF to conduct the course. D’Costa will stress on the amendments to the Laws of the Game during the classes. He would also available to answer any queries or explain the rules to any referees, who are not clear with any of the rules.
Referees from all districts can attend the course and are requested to register their names with Dhanraj More, HOR WIFA (mobile No.9869105855) latest by August 16 since arrangements have to be made. The Registration fee is Rs 500 per referee.
