Larsen & Toubro SC took an early lead and then defended resolutely to pull off a narrow 1-0 win against Mumbai FC Colts in a Third Division match of the MDFA (Mumbai District Football Association) League – 2015-2016 and played at St. Xavier’s ground, Parel on Friday. Raj Koli’s first half strike proved to be the decisive goal which helped L&T seal their victory.
Later in the evening, in another match of the same division, Rukhi Samaj riding on Rahul Solanki’s twin strikes blanked 7-B Stars 3-0. Suraj Makhawan netted the other goal.
