Pune outfits KMP XI and FC Pune City, both recorded comfortable semi-final victories to set up a clash in the boys under-14 title round of the 2nd WIFA Youth Boys (U-14) Championship 2018-19 and played at the Cooperage ground.

KMP scored two quick goals to blank Khandopa TM, Kolhapur 2-0 while FC Pune City also looked in complete control to defeat Patakadil TM also from Kolhapur, 3-1 in the second semi-final.
After a barren first half, KMP struck twice in quick succession through Samuel Selvaraj in the 52nd minute and a minute later through Mustafa Shaikh to seal a fine win.
Meanwhile, Pune City rode on the twin strikes from Vian Murgod (33rd & 47th) and one from Kunvarpal Singh (60th minute) to secure their win. Patakadil pulled one back through Kupinder Powar’s strike in the 38th minute.
Results – semi-finals: KMP XI, Pune 2 (Samuel Selvaraj 1, Mustafa Shaikh 1) beat Khandoba TM, Kolhapur 0.
FC Pune City, Pune 3 (Vian Murgod 2, Kunvarpal Singh 1) beat Patakadil TM, Kolhapur 1 (Kupinder Powar 1).
