PJ Hindu Gymkhana ‘E’ team, represented by Premjeet Nananavare, Aditya Shinde, Samheehan Kulkarni and Rishi kapadia beat Student YMCA ‘E’ team 3-1 in their away match today evening, to emerge unbeaten in their Section B of 3rd Division Inter Club Table tennis league , held under the auspices of MCDTTA. Aditya Shinde won both his matches, while Premjeet managed the 3nd match. The only match they lost was that of Sameehan , who was beaten by YMCA youngster Manish.

PJ Hindu Gymkhana ‘F’ team also won their 5th match in a row, to brighten their chances into finals of 3rd division, from Section ‘A’. They are most likely to meet their own ‘E’ team in the 3rd division finals. But, the Gymkhana ‘F’ team had to fight hard to record their fifth consecutive win today evening. With Rajesh Pandit winning both his matches, veteran Ulhas Shirke managed the decider with a closely contested 3-2 win , to give his side victory.
Stdents YMCA ‘C ‘ team recorded 3-2 win over MLWB-KKB today
There was a good contest between MLWB –KKB team and Student YMCA ‘C’, which the latter won 3-2, with Sujay Malik winning both his singles, against Summesh and D Jang. The MLWB-KKB team were unbeaten till this match. All the league matches in 2nd , 3rd and 4th division will get over by tomorrow, with finals to be played next week, along with first division matches.
