Twice in arrears ONGC scored a late equalizer to hold a spirited Central Railway to a 2-2 draw ]in an Elite Division encounter of the Rustomjee-MDFA League 2018-2019, and played at the Western Railway ground, Mahalaxmi.
Central Railway forged ahead through Shahbaz Pathan’s strike in the 25th minute but defending champions ONGC restored parity through Himanshu Patil’s 41st minute strike.
In the second half, Pathan was again on target scoring Central’s second in the 77th minute before Abhijit Tawhare scored the equalizer in the 85th minute.
In another Elite encounter, Western Railway and Mumbai Customs played out a goalless draw.
