Noel Pinto, fresh from steering Blazing Bashers team’s victory last week, is all to set to play a starring role again as defending champions Juhu Vile Parle Gymkhana take on Sane Guruji TT Academy in their opening premier division tie in the MSDTTA Premier division five-team Inter-Club League which gets underway at Juhu Vile Parle Gymkhana tomorrow (Friday).

Seasoned campaigner Noel will have exciting state’s top juniors like Dev Shroff and Manaav Mehta, to give him a helping hand. Their rivals Sane Guruji is led by ranked district player Jignesh Rahatwal, who like Noel, is well backed by another couple of juniors.
In the lower divisions, all eyes will be on Powai’s P3 Sports TT Academy, who outshone all their rivals in the Division II and III sections. They take on Kandivali Recreation Club “A” for the Division II honours and Ghatkopar YMCA in their Division III section. While Borivali’s MCF (Manpeshwar Civil Federation), who had mixed outing against KRC “B” during the home and away matches, will battle again for the Division A (Section “A”) honours.
