Dilip Kumar could not attend the red carpet function, due to ill health, but he was represented by his better half Saira Banu. ‘I usually do not like to attend functions without Dilipsaab, but because it’s a tribute to Dilipsaab and very admirable actor Marlon Brando, I made an exception and am here. I am really impressed to see so many of Dilipsaab’s film posters and I know how difficult it is, to procure old hindi film posters. I am extending my hand to the organisers and together want to have a museum or similar, where these old film posters could be displayed,” the guest of honour Saira Banu said. She was in a hurry to go, but waited for the screening of an iconic hindi film Mughal-e-Azam.
