Anamika Singh, the top seed in girls under-15 singles was knocked out by Gauri Kadam in quarterfinals, but had the satisfaction of ousting girls under-17 top seed Samriddhi Kshatriya 21-15,21-8 to storm into the final of the Mumbai District badminton selection tournament, hosted by Goregaon Sports Club at their courts here today.
However, Aalisha Naik gave tremendous display while making the finals of both the under-15 as well as under girls under 17 singles.
