On the 10th April 2018, during the MDFA Football match played between Young Boys Sports Club and Salcette FC teams, there was some misbehaviour and brawl created after the match by Young Boys Sports Club team members against the officials and supporters with Salcette FC players and the referees. This matter pertaining to this untoward and shameful incident was taken up by the disciplinary committee on 20th April. And, After going through all the documents and evidences including videos, the disciplinary committee arrived at the following decisions:
I. Young Boys SC is barred to participate in any MDFA recognised tournaments for one season. A fine of Rs. 5 lacs (Rupees fivelacs only) towards penalty for unruly behaviour of not only players but supporters also. he fine amount must be paid within ten days of receiving this letter.
II. Following players are banned for three football seasons to take part in any MDFA recognised football tournaments during this period.
1. Shazad Khan (4), 2. A. Sarfaraz Ansari (30),3. Asif Ansari(05), 4. Hamza Ansari(02),5. Umar Ansari (19), 6. Umair Ansari (26),7. Souvaid Ansari (18),8. Haris Ansari (08),9. Ubaid Ansari(28), 10. Musadhik Ansari(25),11. Al Umar Ansari(12)
Sarfaraz Ansari(GK jersey no.30) is suspended for 5 years and a fine of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) has been imposed upon him.
All the above players barring Sarfaraz Ansari shall have to pay Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) towards the fine.
The above decision has been conveyed by MDFA, General Secretary Mr. U.Banerjee through his letter to the Secretary of Young Boys Sports Club, asking him to take note of the contents of this letter and comply the disciplinary action taken against his team and also the players immediately and inform the concerned players about the disciplinary action taken against them.
