The Greater Mumbai Badminton Association (GMBA), in collaboration with the Cricket Club of India (CCI), is set to host the CCI-Yonex Sunrise Maharashtra State Masters Badminton Selection Tournament 2024-25 from February 20 to 23, 2025. This highly anticipated event will take place at CCI, Mumbai, and will witness over 400 veteran badminton players from across Maharashtra competing for a chance to represent the state at the Masters National Championship in Goa, scheduled for March 2025.

This prestigious tournament is open to players aged 35 to 75+ years, all registered under the Maharashtra Badminton Association (MBA). The competition will feature intense matches in singles, doubles, and mixed doubles categories, with top performers earning selection for the national championship.

Organized under the auspices of the Maharashtra Badminton Association, the tournament follows a structured point-based selection system to determine Maharashtra’s national representatives.
