Maharashtra dominate in team events on final day

Except for losing the team championship finals to West Bengal in Women’s 59+category, Maharashtra Women dominated in 39+ and 49+combined  category, winning Gold and a huge trophy. Though we saw some resistance coming from Rajasthan and Telangana women in earlier rounds of team events, Maharashtra women were seen fighting in the finals among themselves in the finals. Maharashtra men also after winning the 49+ title earlier, defeating favourites West Bengal, went on to claim the Men’s 39+ and Men’s 59+ titles, after defeating their second team players.
