Opportunistic striker Revel Kunder scored four goals, including a fine hat-trick, which was the highlight of Mogaveera SC’s emphatic 6-0 win against Saraswati SC in a pre-quarter-final round match of the 9th Late Adv. A.R. Kudroli Memorial Foootball Tournament, organised by KSA (Karnatak Sporting Association) and played at the KSA ground, Cross Maidan, Churchgate.
Revel Kunder
Kunder was well-supported by teammate Prasad Adka who hammered home the other two goals to complete the big margin of victory and lift Mogaveera to the quarter-finals.
In another last 16 round match, Karnatak SC got the better of Bombay Fort SC by a close 1-0 margin. Sachin Medar netted the all-important winning goal to help Karnatak SC snatch the win and advance to the next round.
