Salcette FC pulled off a narrow 1-0 win against IFC in a well contested Third Division match of the MDFA League 2018-19 and played at the St. Xavier’s ground, Parel. Striker Amitesh Koderi scored the lone goal in the 33rd minute to secure Salcette’s win and to pocket the full three points.
n another match, Veer Engineering rallied to share the spoils with FC Cosmos. Akash Gaikwad struck in the 15th minute to put Cosmos in the lead before Pratik Patil scored midway through the second half to help IFC force a draw.
