Track Blazers’ Pratyangira Kashap sprinted to 100m glory in the girls under-16, clocking 13.4 secs. On the first day of the Mumbai Suburban Annual Athletic Championships, held at Sports Authority of India sports complex, at Kandivali today. The similar honourS in the under-18 section went to Udayachal’s Unatee Shisode, who too clocked 13.4 seconds leaving second-placed Richa Lad way behind.

It was quite a thrilling affair in the 100m boys under-20 event with Harish Rana, of VPM Sports Club, just pipping Jay Shah of Universal at the post. The boys under-18 and under-16 sections were won by Sahib Singh, of Prabodhan and Rohit Ghadi of Savio Club in a close finish.

Girls U-18: 100m: Unnatee Shisode (Udyachal) – 13.4 secs.
Girfls U-18: 400m : Isabelle Lobo (Prabodhan Kreeda Bhavan)- 62.8 secs.
Girls U-16: 100m: Pratyangira Kashap (Track Blazers)- 13.4 secs.
Girls U-16: 400m: Dzilla Mao (Prabodhan KB) – 62.5 secs.
Girls U-16: 100m Hurdles: Sharvari Parulekar (Udyachal) – 16.3 secs.
Boys U-20: 400m : Rahul Kadam (Gupta Sports Aca) – 52.0 secs.
Boys U-20: 100m: HarishRana (VPM Spors Club)- 11.1 secs.
Boys U-18: 100m: Sohib Singh (Prabodhan) – 11.1 secs.
Boys U-16: 100m: Rohit Ghadi (Savio SC) – 11.5 ses.
Boys U-16: 2000m: Harshal Dave (SAI) – 6:44.7 secs.
