Late Adv. Kudrolli Memorial football report
The twin strikes from Sachin Medar helped Karnatak SC romp to an easy 4-0 victory against Saraswati SC in a first round match of the 11th Late Adv. A. R. Kudrolli Memorial Knockout Football Tournament 2017, organised by the Karnatak Sporting Association and played at the KSA ground, Cross Maidan. Besides Medar’s efforts Karnatak SC got the other two goals through Lawrence Betgiri and Valentine Pereira to complete the big win and advance to the next round.
In the second match, Mogaveera SC also enjoyed an easy outing as they swept past Shree Krishna SC 4-0 to also progress to the second round. Combining well as a team, Mogaveera scored through Mathias Coutinho, Praneel Mendon, Nikhil Poojary and Rakshit Pillai, all contributing with a goal each.
