Kalina Rangers put together a perfect combined performance to blank KVB Trapich 5-0 in a lop-sided Men’s Open 6th round match of the 17th Kalina Football League 2017, organised by the Our Lady of Egypt Church Sports Committee, and played at the Our Lady of Egypt Church grounds, Kalina.
Showing good understanding and coordination, Rangers scored at regular intervals through Tilak Shetty, Sachin Rawat, Shafiq Khan, Kiran Jadhav and Anthony Machado to seal their big win.
In the second match, Air India Colony bolstered by Sachin Meder’s double strikes romped to a 3-1 win over Kolovery Z3. Divesh Rajput scored Air India’s third goal, while Shanol Jacinto netted the lone goal for the losers.
