Juhu Beach United fought back to force a 1-1 draw with ESIC in a First Division match of the MDFA (Mumbai District Football Association) League – 2014-15, played at the St. Xavier’s ground, Parel on Tuesday evening.
After Prasad scored to give ESIC the lead in the 45th minute, Abhimanyu Chopra netted the equaliser for the Juhu side in the 67th minute.
Earlier, ICL ‘B’ and Air India Western Region were engaged in a tame goalless draw.
Results, at St. Xavier’s ground, Parel –Second Div: ICL ‘B’ 0 drew with Air India Western Region 0.
Div-I: ESIC 1 (Prasad) drew with Juhu Beach United 1 (Abhimanyu Chopra).
