Jolly Boys combined well as a team to register an authoritative 4-1 win against Olpers Sports club in a First Division encounter of the 15th Bandra West Football league, sponsored by Baba Siddique & Jeeshan Siddique and conducted by the BWFA (Bandra West Football Association) and played at the Dr. Norman Lewis Supari Talao, Municipal grounds.
Showing good understanding from the outset, Jolly Boys struck at regular intervals with strikers Akshay Gaikwad, Wasim Shaikh, Enrico Fernandes and Savio Fernandes, all finding the net once each, while Olpers managed to reduce the deficit through Caesar Fernandes.
In another match of the same division, Baze FC blanked Young Guns XI 3-0. Shuell Buggri scored a brace of goals and Shnyder Buggri got one to round off the scoring tally.
In the third match, Somland Junior prevailed over Rebels SC by a 3-1 margin. Dayan Kapse scored twice whiel Jeff Fernandes added the third goal for the winners. Nikhil Pinto scored the consolation goal for the losers.
