Mumbai’s Jash Modi gave a Phenomenal performance in Table Tennis, at the 38th Indian National Games 2025 in Uttarakhand today. Jash Modi secured Gold in Men’s singles defeating India number 1 – G Sathiyan 4-3 in the finals. Jash also secured Silver in Team’s category for Maharashtra Team and a Bronze in Mixed Doubles .

Jash showcased remarkable composure and endurance against seasoned national champion Sathiyan in a final that went down to the wire. The contest was a spectacle of intense rallies and clinical finishes, but in the end, it was Jash Modi! The Mumbai (Maharashtra) boy rose to the occasion, clinching gold for Maharashtra.
Earlier, in the semi finals, G. Sathiyan and Jash Modi defeated P.B. Abhinand of Tamil Nadu and Payas Jain of Delhi respectively. The matches were fiercely contested. In his TT career of 11 years Jash Modi has won over 234 medals.
