Islam Gymkhana’s Sairaj Patil with 84 not out, helped his team score a thrilling 20 runs win over Marwari Sports Club in the 75th Salar Jung T20 cricket tournament played at Islam Gymkhana.

The match was reduced to 15 overs due to bad light.Batting first ,Sairaj unbeaten 84 off 46 balls proved decisive playing with precision and power which included 11 boundaries and 3 sixes, ensuring his team stayed ahead of the required run rate. Vinayak Bhoir contributed a quickfire of 34 runs off 15 balls, as Islam Gymkhana posted 185/3 in 15 overs
In reply , Marwari Sports Club fell short by 20 runs managing 165/4 in 15 overs, driven by Vinay Kunwar explosive 52 off 21 balls and Sagar Mishra’s composed 50 off 27 balls, gained further momentum with Rakesh Prabhu 14 off just 5 balls but Javed Khan (2/32) and Sairaj Patil (1/27) managed to limit the damage, ensuring Marwari SC to be restricted to 165 runs.
In another match, Muslim United Sports Club beat P.J. Hindu Gymkhana.
Muslim United posted a total of 176/7 in 20 overs. Dhrumil Matkar 74 off 40 balls was well supported by Yaseen Saudagar (31 off 16).
