India Rush were on cloud nine as they convincingly defeated Ravens FC by a 9-0 margin in a Women’s Super Div match of the Mumbai Football Association (MFA) Yuva President’s League – 2022-2023 and played at the Neville D’Souza Ground, Bandra on Monday.

The victorious India Rush outfit dominated the proceedings from the outset and scored five goals in the first session and added four in the second period to complete an authoritative win by a huge score line.
The highlight of India Rush win was the brilliance of their effective striker Komal Kamble who scored four goals including a hat-trick to lead the charge to victory. Komal’s teammates Ruhani played a good supporting role contributing two goals while Tanvi Karamble, Christina Michael and Priyanka Valles made their presence felt by scoring one goal each to round-off the winning tally.
Earlier in another Women’s encounter, Rising Sun FA got the better of Rising Star Urban Angels by a comfortable 4-0 margin. Rising Sun’s prolific goal-scorer Nitya Nharti who showed good finishing touch by scoring two goals. Consistent goal-scorer Niti Ladha and Saniya Shaikh scored the other two goals to secure the easy victory for Rising Sun and to collect all the three points.
