Suraj Chandrashekhar and Yash Doshi put up a good show for their HDFC team in the team event finals of P3 Inter Corporate Table tennis tournament played late evening today, at Khar Gymkhana, Mumbai.

HDFC defeated TCS 3-1, to lift the team trophy. Down 0-1 , after Suraj lost his first match narrowly to TCS player Akash Damle, but Yash Doshi levelled the set score, defeating Vishal Jadhav in 5 well contested games. Thereafter Yash in the company of Suraj just managed to win the most crucial doubles against TCs pair, followed by Suraj scoring a fluent win over Vishal Yadav to give his team 3-1 victory.

In the 39+ Veterans Singles Vivek Bhargava CEO, iProspect emerged the new Champion. Vivek had beaten Rajesh Sharma in the semi finals, before beating Suhas Chavan 3-0 in the finals. Suhas had beaten Yogesh Desai in the semi finals.
