Good news for Table Tennis lovers

Good news for Table Tennis  lovers

Have you missed watching Legend Sharath Kamal clinching his 9th Record National TT Title n Young talented Archana Kamath winning her first maiden Women National T T Title last year ?  Don’t worry any more. Thanks to Shri M.P. Singh and   Dhanraj Choudhary and their team.  TTFI took yet another big step to promote this wonderful game of Table Tennis to deeper level by joining hands and  signing a contract with Mobisportz for Live Streaming of all the  National T T Championships and Zonal  TT Tournaments being organized this year. This would mean viewers can now watch all the major TT events live for over 60days in a year that will cover hundreds of matches which will be available on You Tube even after events are over.

This is a major commendable step forward taken by TTFI and will go a long way in promoting TT in India in a big way and this will also help players, coaches to watch and  analyse the matches in addition to quenching thirst of all TT lovers to watch and follow the same.

Therefore,  the North Zone T T Championship starting on Sun day 23rd June will be the first tournament to be Live Streamed on Two Tables and will also be relayed simultaneously on Mobisportz’s  FB  and  Mobisportz’s You Tube links.  So, watch and  cheer all your favourite players and please share this news with  all your TT WA groups and  other social media links to help spread n promote this welcome action of TTFI.

While on the subject, special thanks are also due  to Four time Veteran National Champion Yogesh Desai for his selfless initiative and  coordinating  efforts to make this happen by bringing both TTFI and Mobisportz together to promote the game of TT which is his passion. It may be recalled that Yogesh Desai  and Dr. Nitin Toshniwal together had  earlier  this year in February 2019 initiated and  supported first ever Live Streaming of  26th Masters Nationals with the co operation of  Shri. Jayesh Acharya Secy. MPTTA  and  Mobisportz,  which was a grand  success.

Yogesh Desai along with Sameer Bhate are also instrumental in recently launched  first STAG-PTKS TT Academy at  Prabodhankar Thakeray Kreeda Sankul, Vile Parle East, Mumbai making available total 18 TT Tables of which 10  are high quality new Stag Americas 16 model. Indeed, this is a biggest gift for table tennis coming from TTFI with the timely support coming from  Yogesg Desai and young Akshay Gangurde, both active TT players.
