The schedule for the first International Kho Kho competition beginning from 13th January 2025 has been announced and released to the media today. This competition will be held in New Delhi at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium between 13th January and 19th January 2025. 39 teams from 23 countries are participating in this Kho Kho championship with 20 teams in men’s group and 19 in Women’s group.
The first match in Men’s team event will be played between India and Nepal, while the first match of women’s team event will be between England and Australia. Incidentally, The Kho Kho Mahasangh Officials namely President Mr. Sudhanshu Mittal along with Maharashtra Kho Kho Association officials Mr. Bal Toraskar, Dalesh Desai, Sachin Palkar and Swapnil Pol visited Dy.CM of Maharashtra Mr. Ajitdada Pawar and invited him personally for this championship. Ajitdada has always been a great supporter of this game of Kho Kho.
