Satya Vijaya SC capitalized on the chances that came their way to record a fluent 2-0 win against Karnatak SC in a league match of the 21st Late Shri Ramanath Payyade Football League Tournament 2016 –2017, conducted by the Karnatak Sporting Association and played at the KSA ground, Cross Maidan.
Both teams played attacking football and created quite a number of goal-scoring chances, but Satya Vijaya strikers Tushar Poojari and Shrinath Suvarna managed to score a goal each which helped their team secure a win and all the three points.
