Krieshh Gurbaxani made light of his heavy handicap of -225 and dished out another disciplined composed effort to record an authoritative 200-105 points difference win against less experienced Ameya Sankhala (-20) in the race to 200 points second round qualifying match of the Chembur Gymkhana Handicap Billiards Tournament 2018, and played at the Chembur Gymkhana billiards hall. The dapper Khar Gymkhana cueist Krieshh rode to victory on small breaks of 61 and 33.
Meanwhile, Park Club’s seasoned pro Amit Sapru (-165) also had things much his own way and registered an easy 200-136 win against Amit Joshi to advance to the third and final qualifying round. Sapru compiled breaks of 53 and 37.
In another one-sided contest, Sanjiv Bijlani (-100) enjoyed a good roll and with not much opposition from Vikas Mane (SCR) he marched to a faciled 200-103 win.
