St. Francis D’Assisi, Borivali recorded a hard-fought 1-0 win against Colaba Municipal School in a well-contested semi-final encounter of the 15th Amalendu Roye Memorial Football Tournament, organised by the ICL and played at the MSSA Ground, Azad Maidan. Striker Dhiren Patni netted the all-important winner for the Borivali schoolboys.
In another semi-final, Don Bosco, Matunga overcame Cathedral & John Connon, Fort 4-3 to join D’Assissi in the final.
