Highly experienced cueist Devendra Joshi showed good touch and rallied to overcome Akash Ramteke pulling off a 3-1 (34-41, 79-14, 72-22, and 73-49) win in a second round phase-1 match of the National Sports Club of India (NSCI) organised Rs 6.4 lakh NSCI All India Snooker Open ‘Baulkline’ 2022, and played at the NSCI billiards hall.

In contrast, Rajwardhan Joshi from Pune fought hard to get the better of Amit Sapru 3-0 (64-47, 63-40, and 59-37) in another second round encounter.
Avinash Kumar also enjoyed a successful second round outing cruising past Tanmay Jatkar by a 3-1 (49-47, 64-50, 64-75, and 77-64) frame scores. Kumar signed off with a flourish striking a 55 point break in the fourth frame.
In another second round contest, Yash Babani had things much his own way and eased past Gary Kalja winning in four frames, 3-1 (51-4, 57-46, 54-77, 45-20) to secure a place in the third round.
Meanwhile, Aditya Agrawal produced another steady performance to storm past Dwimidh Agarwal by a quick 3-0 (64-26, 62-26, and 68-28) frame scores in a third round clash.
