Sahil Deshmukh scored the all-important winning as Yeshua FC got the better of Life Care Foundation FC by a narrow 1-0 margin in a Third Division match of the MDFA League 2018-19 and played at the St. Xavier’s ground, Parel. Deshmukh scored the lone goal in the 33rd minute.
In another match, Footie First FC prevailed over KSA Ambitious FA by a tight 2-1 margin. Aniket lad struck the first goal for Footie First in the 16th minute before KSA Ambitious equalized through Jai Thakur’s goal in the 22nd minute. Judon D’Souza netted the crucial winner in the 26th minute to secure Footie First win and the three points.
