Dr. D.Y. Patil SA cruised to a comfortable 7-wicket victory against Parsee Gymkhana in a first round match of the Mahim Juvenile One-Day Cricket Tournament 2023-24, conducted under the auspices of the MCA and in association with All Heart CA and played at the Parsee Gymkhana ground on Friday.

In another match, MIG Cricket Club romped to a 4-wicket win against Victory CC at the MIG Club ground.
Earlier, the tournament was inaugurated by Chief Guest Indian wicket-keeper Guest Dinesh Karthik, along with MCA Hon. Gen. Secretary Ajinkya Naik, MCA Asst. Secretary, Deepak Patil, South African cricketer A.B. Devilliers, MCA Apex Council members, Abhay Hadap, Kaushik Godbole, Organising Committee members Abhishek Nayar and Vijay Yeolekar.
Brief scores – At Parsee Gymkhana ground: Parsee Gymkhana 153 all out, 38 overs (Sumeir Zaveri 59, Sagar Chhabria 23; Atharva Dakway 4/20, Aquib Qureshi 3/42, Devansh Katkar 2/21) lost to D.Y. Patil SA 155 for 3, 31.1 overs (Anurag Divekar 50*, Hitesh Chauhan 50, Aashman Katyal 24).
At MIG CC ground: Victory CC 188 all out, 38.1 overs (Aditya Pabalkar 53, Kaushik Chikhlikar 35, Harsh Agahav 29; Harsh Tanna 4/20, Ankush Jaiswal 3/46, Shreyas Gurav 2/41) lost to MIG Cricket Club 192 for 6, 35 overs (Vedant Murkar 67*, Sheesh Shetty 35; Atharva Poojari 2/30, Aryan Dalal 2/35).
