Mumbai Customs and Western Railway split two points as they were involved in a goalless draw in an Elite Division match of the Mumbai District Football Association League 2016-2017, and played at the Cooperage ground on Wednesday evening.
In a tense encounter, the Western Railway outfit tried their best to outsmart their rivals. But Customs combined nicely and worked as a unit to frustrate the railwaymen who often lost their cool and went into the referee’s book.
Referee Louis Fernandes booked five Western Railway players and one player from Customs.
