Companeroes SC had things much their own way as they romped to a facile 3-0 win against Central Railway Mumbai Division in a Super Division match of the MDFA (Mumbai District Football Association) League – 2014-15, played at the St. Xavier’s ground, Parel on Friday. Strikers Oliver Castelino, Sheldon Rego and Merwyn Castelino, all contributed with a goal each to complete the margin of victory.
Earlier in a Div-I encounter, IDBI overcame Valainkani Boys by a close 2-1 margin. Sameer Tandel and Nayan Dhanu were on target for the winners while Austin Colaco scored for the losing side.
