The combined efforts of opening batsman Dashrath Chavan 89 runs (60-balls, 7x4s, 2x6s) and bowler Kartik Mishra 4 wickets for 4 runs helped Automotive Manufacturing CC to register a comfortable 128-run win against New India Assurance in an Elite Category Group-A match of the 10th Insurance Shield T20 Inter-Office Cricket Tournament, organised by Oriental Insurance under the aegis of MCA (Mumbai Cricket Association) and played at Sunder CC ground, Cross Maidan.
Automotive CC, deciding to bat first, scored 167 runs for just 3 wickets in their 20 overs. Besides Chavan’s knock teammates Rugved More scored an unbeaten 35 runs and Harsh Mogaveera contributed 31 runs.
