Benjamin Zolap scored a hat-trick to guide Tarun Sporting to an emphatic 8-0 win against Kenkre FC Under-17 in a First Division match of the MDFA League 2017-2018 and played at the St. Xavier’s Ground, Parel on Thursday. The other goals for Tarun Sporting came through the efforts of Kushal Meher, Aizul Goyen, Oliver A., Dinesh Pawar and Abdul Kadar Dohadwala, all scoring a goal each. Kenkre FC youngsters scored through Ansh Bhansali and Mehul Solanki.
Meanwhile in a Second Division encounter, Bombay YMCA got the better of Juhu Strikers by a 2-0 margin. Sajid Ansari got the first goal in the 24th minute and Umair Ansari doubled the lead in the 62nd minute.
