Ashish Dage was in top scoring form and notched up a superb hat-trick to power SRS Sporting to a convincing 5-0 win against Naunehal FC in a one-sided Second Division match of the MDFA League 2017-2018 and played at the St. Xavier’s ground, Parel. Vinayak Newale and Predeep Kumar got the other two goals for the Sporting outfit.
Earlier, Mumbai Rush prevailed over Air India Western Region by a comfortable 4-1 margin. Nurad Mohammed scored a brace of goals while Madhav Modak and Aaron D’Silva struck one for the winning side while Tyson Pereira scored for Air India.
