Bombay Gymkhana recorded a comfortable 3-1 win against FC Mithagar in a Second Division match of the MDFA (Mumbai District Football Association) League – 2014-15, played at the St. Xavier’s ground, Parel on Thursday evening. Strikers Amir Sohal Bawa, Vihan Chadda and Rohan Poojara netted a goal each for the Gymkhana side, while Kunal Ghosh Roy pulled one back for the losing outfit.
In another match, Air India Western Region and Dahisar United played an exciting 2-2 draw. Deepak Pandey scored both the goals for Air India while Dahisar United got their goals through Ganesh Salkar and Alok Shukla.
