Chasing 154, Abhishek Valia (51 n.o) and Yogesh Pujari (33) tried their best, but their efforts fell short of the target as Kandvali CA were restricted to139 for six.
Others to make the last eight grade were Young Muslims SC, who defeated Crecent CC by two wickets, Mulund Challengers, who won against Canara Vijay by 53 runs and Ours CC, who beat Sports Promotion Group by 59 runs.
