Friday Filmworks Producers Neeraj Pandey and Sheetal Bhatia in association with Reliance Entertainment launched the trailer of their new Hindi film ‘Operation Romeo’ recently. This film is a remake of Hit Malayalam film ‘Ishq- Not a Love Story’. This film will be released on 22nd April 2022. This is the sixth film of Friday Filmworks’ with Reliance Entertainment. Their previous film ‘Toilet Ek Premkatha’, ‘Rustam’ and ‘Naam Shabana’ have already become hit films.
The subject of this film is on moral policing and is based on a true story in the life of original film producer Anuraj Manohar and this prompted him to make ‘Ishq’. So, this film is expected to invite attention of all thiose youngsters who have become victims of moral policing. Director Shashant Shah is excited about the release of this film and feels that he would not have asked for a better subject than this one, to make a film.
