Sehwag’s pep talk to MCC boys in London


 

Jwala Sports Foundation under their banner of MCC (Mumbai Cricket Club) have sent two  teams comprising  boys in the age group of under-15 and under-19 to England  to play about 22 matches against different school and club teams during their 20-day tour . This is second year when the MCC have taken up and coming boys on tour to play matches there. The teams will be coached by Mumbai Ranji coach Vinayak Samamt and  Jwala Singh ( Director Of Mumbai Cricket Club).

India ex Test cricketer Virendra Sehwag  gave a pep talk to the boys, while witnessing their   match at  London’s famous Harrow school , where they beat an Australian boys by 7 runes.

 

 

Both the under-15 and under-19 team swill play 11 matches each against teams from Eton College, Hampton Court, Hartley County Club, Harrow School, Chessington Cricket Club,  Sevenoaks CC, Letchworth Cricket Club Etc. The schedule of their tour is being arranged  by Ashwani Arora and ex- Surrey club  player Martin Cough.
