Entertainment these days has become handy, literally. A lot of people prefer watching entertainment content of their choice at their convenient time and now on the convenient device. A lot of people, these days, watch movies, serials and now web series on mobiles. Web series are catching up in a big way. Zee5 is one of the major platforms who is churning out original content for the benefit of audiences. This time they have brought a new web series called Skyfire which is based on a book by Aroon Raman of the same name. The second teaser of this web series is out now.
Skyfire is produced by Sabina Khan, who is responsible for the productions of Rowdy Rathore and Gabbar Is Back. She has officially acquired rights of the book and Zee5 is as always is backing this innovative concept. Soumik Sen has directed it which has been shot in Deharadun, Kerala, Delhi and Bhutan too. Prateik Babbar plays a journalist named Chandrashekhar while Sonal Chavan will be essaying the character of a historian named Meenakshi Pirzada. Jissu Sengupta and Jatin Goswami too will be seen playing pivotal roles.
Skyfire will start streaming from 22nd May ‘19.
